Faceted coloured glass, cut to catch light like a small polished stone — cabinet hardware borrowed from the jeweller's tray.
Each knob is pressed from a solid piece of coloured glass and cut with a network of small, precise facets across its surface. The earth-tone palette runs across the warm, quiet end of the spectrum — amber, whisky, smoke, dune — the colours of stones and resins rather than of gemstones. Light moves across the facets and picks the piece out cleanly against painted wood or plain metal.
At 22mm across, this is a small-scale knob — proportioned for a drawer, a bathroom vanity door, or a jewellery cabinet where a full-size knob would overpower. The base is a threaded steel collar with a single bolt, mounted flush to the front. Because the glass is cast rather than moulded from plastic, the weight in the hand is real.
Buy one to accent a small piece, or fit a run across a small-scale dresser or apothecary chest for a considered, collected look.
Works well in: an apothecary-style bathroom with a run of small drawers, a marble counter, and a stack of amber glass bottles — or a scholar's study with a small oak collector's cabinet and a leather-bound writing set. Particularly good against warm-toned timber and painted panelling.
Sizing: knob 22mm diameter; total projection around 25mm. Standard M4 25mm bolt supplied — trim to suit thinner fronts.
