How to Return an Item:

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in resaleable condition, we regret we cannot issue a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as G Decor Ltd is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
