Cost: £3.50 for orders up to £100; free for orders over £100.
Delivery Time: 3-5 working days from the date of order placement.
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-off Times: Orders must be placed before 10:00AM.
Tracking:
- Delivery is fully trackable.
- A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
- You can also track your order through 'My Account'.
On the Day of Delivery:
- Additional delivery features may be available; check your tracking information for options.
- A signature may be required upon receipt.
- If you are unavailable, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details on the parcel’s status, including whether it has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor, or how to arrange collection.

Cost: £11.99
Delivery Time: 1-2 days from the date of order placement.
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-off Times: Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Details are available during checkout.
Service Availability: This option is not available to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
Tracking:

On the Day of Delivery:
- Delivery will be attempted between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- If delivery is not attempted by 10:00 PM, please contact us the following day for assistance.
- A signature may be required upon receipt.
- If you are unavailable, our delivery partner will leave a calling card with details on the parcel’s status, including whether it has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor, or when it will be re-delivered.
