At G Decor, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery services for all our customers. Below are the details of our delivery options:

UK Standard Delivery
- Cost: £3.50 for orders under £75; free for orders over £75.
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days from the date of order placement.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM.
- Tracking: Fully trackable with a tracking link emailed to you once dispatched.

UK Next Working Day Delivery
- Cost: £6.99.
- Delivery Time: Next working day.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
- Availability: This option is not available for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
- On the Day of Delivery: Delivery will be attempted between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. A signature may be required. If delivery is missed, a calling card will provide further instructions for re-delivery or collection.

International Delivery Services

Europe
- Cost: £12.99.
- Delivery Time: 5-10 working days.

USA
- Cost: £14.99.
- Delivery Time: 5-10 working days.

Australia
- Cost: £18.99.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 working days.

All international orders are fully trackable, and additional customs or import duties may apply based on your location.

Additional Information
1. Tracking Your Order
All deliveries are fully trackable. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel leaves the warehouse, and you can also view tracking information through the ‘My Account’ section.

2. Missed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable during delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery, collection, or confirmation of delivery to a safe location or neighbour.

3. Delivery Exclusions
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver UK Next Day to the following areas:
- Scottish Highlands: AB, IV, KW, PH17-PH50, PA80.
- Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV, KW, ZE.
-Channel Islands & Scilly Isles: GY, JE, TR.
- Ireland & Northern Ireland: All postcodes.
- Isle of Man & Isle of Wight: All postcodes.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

For UK Standard Delivery, orders under £75 incur a delivery charge of £3.50, while orders over £75 qualify for free delivery. UK Next Working Day Delivery is available for £6.99, provided your order is placed by 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday. International shipping to Europe, the USA, and Australia is also available, with delivery costs starting from £12.99.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

At checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery timeframe, which will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email. For UK Standard Delivery, parcels typically arrive within 3–5 working days. If you’ve selected UK Next Working Day Delivery, your order will arrive the next business day if placed before 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.

For international deliveries:

  • Europe: 5–10 days
  • USA: 5–10 days
  • Australia: 10–15 days

Please note that delivery estimates include processing time and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it is shipped?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch. As a result, we are unable to make changes or modifications after your order has been submitted. However, you may have a short window to cancel items before they begin processing. Please contact our customer service team with your order number by email or phone.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return eligible items once they are delivered. For further details, please refer to our Returns page.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking link. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t received this notification. You can also track your order via the ‘My Account’ section on our website.

What if my order has shipped but hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking details provided in your dispatch email for the latest updates. If no new tracking updates are available after 7 days for standard UK delivery (or if an expedited order misses its delivery date), contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

For orders marked as delivered but not located:

  • Check surrounding areas or ask neighbours in case the parcel was left in a safe place.
  • Allow up to 2 business days from the delivery scan, as couriers may occasionally mark parcels as delivered prematurely.

Please note that any issues related to missing or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
