Traditional solid brass butt hinges for cupboard doors, cabinets, boxes and small doors, in satin brass. Designed in England. Choose the size — the photo changes to show it.

Sold singly — most cupboard doors take two.

Sizes

2mm leaf, supplied with fixing screws (19mm, 5mm head).

• 2 inch — 50 × 30mm open, 32mm hole centres, 6mm pin
• 2.5 inch — 63 × 35mm open, 45mm hole centres, 6mm pin

The size drawing is in the photos. Sizes are measured on the piece — allow up to 1mm either way.

The finish

Satin Brass — brushed to a soft, low-sheen glow of warm gold. Unlacquered, so it slowly mellows with handling. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; please don't use metal polish on a satin finish — it burnishes the brushed grain to a shine in patches.

Made of

Solid brass throughout — not plated, not hollow. Hand-finished.
