Stylish Ceramic and Metal Cabinet Knob

A smooth ceramic dome framed in polished metal — cabinet hardware pared back to its most quietly usable form.

Each knob pairs a hand-thrown ceramic dome with a slim polished metal collar — a two-material composition that reads as considered rather than decorated. The ceramic is fired to a hard, high-gloss finish, so light moves cleanly across the dome and picks it out against the surrounding cabinet face. The metal frame is cast rather than pressed, with the weight that difference always brings.

The shape sits comfortably in the palm — the dome is ergonomically proportioned to catch the fingertips without being awkward — and the fixing is a single threaded bolt through the base. Because the knob is minimal by design, it works across almost every scheme: contemporary, traditional, coastal, cottage, city.

Fit one across a small drawer to test the palette, or run a whole set across a fitted kitchen or wardrobe.

Works well in: a modern coastal kitchen with painted panelling, a rope-handled basket, and a bleached-oak counter — or a soft-plaster bedroom with a limed-oak bed and a linen throw. Especially strong against calm neutrals: bone, oat, mushroom, chalk.
