Bold Polka Hearts Ceramic Cabinet Knob

A hand-glazed ceramic knob scattered with white polka hearts — playful, but finished with a quiet, grown-up restraint.

Each knob is thrown by hand and finished in a soft pastel glaze, then decorated with a delicate white heart motif applied across the surface. The pattern sits under a smooth clear glaze rather than on top of it, so it holds its edge at the fingertips over years of daily use — no wear, no fade. Fired to a high gloss, the glaze catches the light cleanly and picks the little hearts out against the pastel ground.

The palette is gentle — chalk, blush, powder, sky — the kind of soft colour that reads as charming in a nursery and considered in a kitchen. Because each piece is hand-decorated, small variations between knobs are part of the language; no two are ever quite identical. The base is a sturdy threaded metal collar with a single bolt, mounted flush to the cabinet front.

Fit one to lift a plain drawer, or run a whole set across a child's wardrobe, a dresser, or a run of kitchen cabinets.

Works well in: a child's room with a painted cot, a rag rug, and a rush-woven pendant — or a soft-toned kitchen with painted panelling and open shelves of pale stoneware. Especially good against cream, chalk, and soft-grey cabinetry.

Sizing: ceramic knob approx. 40mm diameter; total projection around 32mm. Standard M4 25mm bolt supplied — trim to suit thinner cabinet fronts.
