One-of-a-kind, by your commission

For more than a decade, G Decor has worked with private clients, designers and gift-givers to make pieces that don't exist anywhere else. Most commissions begin with a conversation — a sketch, a colour reference, an heirloom to match — and end with something made for one home, one occasion, one person.

Our most-asked-for commissions fall into three families: personalised pieces, where existing designs are made with a name, monogram or date; custom hardware, where we work on brass, ceramic or bone-inlay pieces to a specific size, finish or pattern; and full bespoke, where a piece is designed from scratch — usually in collaboration with an interior designer or architect.

Every commission is held to the same standard as our shelved collections — designed in England, made with materials chosen for longevity, and finished to last several lifetimes.

How a commission begins

01 — Enquiry

You tell us what you have in mind — a sketch, a reference photo, a paint chip or simply a description. We reply within two working days.

02 — Proposal

We share a proposal: materials, finish, timeline and pricing. Where useful, we send a sample or mock-up.

03 — Making

The piece is carefully made to your specification. We share progress photographs at key milestones along the way.

04 — Delivery

Carefully finished, packed by hand and shipped to your door. Care notes included.

Begin a commission

Most commissions take four to twelve weeks from first letter to finished piece. Tell us what you have in mind — the more detail you share at the start, the better the proposal we'll send back.
