Tiffity Hand-Painted Ceramic Wall Hook in Crackle Glaze with Brass

A hand-painted ceramic petal set on polished brass — a wall hook that reads as a small piece of sculpture first, storage second.

Each Tiffity hook is thrown as an organic, petal-like disc and painted by hand under a mineral crackle glaze. The colours are deep and saturated — jewel tones with the small tonal shifts of pigment mixed on the studio bench rather than printed. The crackle opens across the surface during firing, so every piece has its own network of hairline lines that will darken very gently over years.

The ceramic is mounted onto a solid polished-brass arm — curved, warm, and generously proportioned to hold real weight without strain. The brass is finished by hand, so the sheen has depth rather than flatness. Wall screws and plugs are included.

Hang one on a bedroom wall as a hook for a dressing gown, or line several along an entryway or bathroom wall for a run of colour. Because each piece is painted individually, ordering three gives you three subtly different hooks rather than three identical ones.

Works well in: a dressing room with a linen slipper chair, a rattan mirror, and a chinoiserie print on the wall — or a small guest bath with a wall-mount brass faucet, a stack of striped hand towels, and a candle beside the basin. Especially strong against oat, chalk, or soft-plaster walls.

Sizing: ceramic disc approx. 60mm across; hook projects around 65mm from the wall. Sold as a single hook. Fixings supplied.
