Cylinder Glass Mortice Door Knobs with Polished Brass Roses

Choose your colour: Amber, Clear Crystal, Ivory or Smokey Grey. Each set is a pair of glass mortice door knobs on polished brass roses. The knob is a straight-sided drum of glass with a gently rounded top, cool and weighty in the hand, and the bright polished brass sets it off on painted or wooden doors.

Door latch

These knobs turn a tubular mortice latch fitted inside the door. If your door does not have one, or you are swapping lever handles for knobs, choose “Yes, add a latch” under Door latch: our 60/70 mm adjustable tubular mortice latch, supplied with spindle and strike plate. One latch per door. Knobs need a longer latch than lever handles, so your knuckles clear the door frame.

The colours

• Amber — a warm honey orange.
• Clear Crystal — clear glass that lets the light straight through.
• Ivory — a pale, warm champagne tint, softer than amber.
• Smokey Grey — a cool smoked grey.

• 2 glass turning knobs on polished brass roses, one for each side of the door
• 2 square spindles: 76 mm for most internal doors, 125 mm for thicker doors
• Fixing screws

The latch is only included if you choose “Yes, add a latch”.

Fitting

These are working turning knobs, not dummy knobs. They are made for internal doors with a tubular mortice latch: bedroom, living room and kitchen doors, or a bathroom door with a separate lock. European buyers: please check your spindle size and door thickness before ordering. US buyers can fit them with minor adjustments; a confident DIYer or a carpenter will find it straightforward.
