United Kingdom
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail)
- Cost: £3.99 for orders under £75

- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch

Next Business Day Delivery

1. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can also view tracking information by logging into your My Account.
2. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery, collection, or delivery to a safe place or neighbour.
3. UK Next Business Day Delivery Exclusions
Next Business Day Delivery is not available to the following locations:
- Scottish Highlands: AB, IV, KW, PH17–PH50, PA80
- Scottish Islands: HS1–9, IV, KW, ZE
- Channel Islands & Scilly Isles: GY, JE, TR
- Northern Ireland: All postcodes
- Isle of Man & Isle of Wight: All postcodes
How much will it cost to ship my order?
For UK Standard Delivery, orders under £75 are £3.99 and orders over £75 are delivered free. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are £4.99, also free over £75. UK Next Working Day Delivery is £11.99, provided your order is placed by 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday. Europe (all EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway and Iceland) is £11.99, free over £75, with VAT and duties paid at checkout. US orders are $16.99 flat, free over $135, duties & taxes included. Everywhere else — Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, the Middle East and the rest of the world — is a single flat £16.99. All international orders are fully tracked.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
At checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery timeframe, which will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email. For UK Standard Delivery, parcels typically arrive within 3–5 working days. If you’ve selected UK Next Working Day Delivery, your order will arrive the next business day if placed before 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.
For international deliveries:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- USA: 5–10 working days
- Canada: 7–14 working days
- Australia, New Zealand, Singapore & Japan: 10–15 working days
- Middle East: 7–14 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days
Please note that delivery estimates include processing time and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it is shipped?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch. As a result, we are unable to make changes or modifications after your order has been submitted. However, you may have a short window to cancel items before they begin processing. Please contact our customer service team with your order number by email or phone.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return eligible items once they are delivered. For further details, please refer to our Returns page.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking link. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t received this notification. You can also track your order via the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
What if my order has shipped but hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking details provided in your dispatch email for the latest updates. If no new tracking updates are available after 7 days for standard UK delivery (or if an expedited order misses its delivery date), contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
For orders marked as delivered but not located:
- Check surrounding areas or ask neighbours in case the parcel was left in a safe place.
- Allow up to 2 business days from the delivery scan, as couriers may occasionally mark parcels as delivered prematurely.
Please note that any issues related to missing or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
