Velvet Frost Renaissance Glass Cabinet Knob in Jewel Tones
3 interest-free payments of $3.67 with Klarna
Pressed frosted glass, spiralled like a small Renaissance column and set into cabinet fronts as a piece of soft-focus jewellery.
Each knob is pressed from a solid piece of coloured glass and given a matte, frosted finish that diffuses light rather than reflecting it. The form is a sculpted spiral — a small architectural motif borrowed from classical column work — that gives the knob a sense of turned volume even when the palette is quiet. The surface is smooth to the touch: cool, velvety, and thoroughly tactile.
The jewel-tone palette runs across the deeper end of the colour wheel — amethyst, sapphire, emerald, garnet — with the softness of frosted glass rather than the glare of clear. The base is a threaded metal collar with a steel bolt, mounted onto the door with a single drill hole. Weight in the hand is proper — the drawer closes with a soft, considered click.
Use one to draw attention to a small drinks cabinet, or fit a whole run across the doors of a dresser or fitted wardrobe.
Works well in: a jewel-toned dressing room with a velvet slipper chair, an oval mirror, and a lamp with a pleated silk shade — or a bathroom with painted panelling, a marble counter, and a run of small drawers below the basin. Especially good against deep-plaster and forest-green walls.
Sizing: knob approx. 38mm diameter; total projection around 32mm. Standard M4 25mm bolt supplied — trim to suit thinner fronts.
