What happens after I place an order?

Once you’ve placed your order with G Decor, you will receive an order confirmation email with details. When your order is ready to be dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking information.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is confirmed, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address. If you’ve made an error, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We understand that things change! Once your order is processed, it is sent immediately for fulfilment and, unfortunately, cannot be amended or cancelled. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. However, if your order has been dispatched, we are here to help if you need to return your item once it is received.

How do I track my order?

After your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you have trouble with the tracking link, don’t hesitate to contact us.

I have a question or issue with my order—how can I get in touch?

We’re always happy to assist! Please contact our customer service team, and we will get back to you within 48 hours. For any inquiries sent over the weekend, expect a response on Monday.

I have received a damaged or faulty item.

We’re very sorry to hear that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition. As many of our products are handmade, they travel a long distance to reach you, and while we make every effort to pack them with care, sometimes issues occur during transit.
If your item has been damaged or is faulty, please report the issue and our Customer Care team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve the matter. We’ll provide the necessary steps for returning the item and arranging a replacement or refund.

I have only received part of my order.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Sometimes, orders are split into multiple deliveries.
Please check the shipping label on your parcel for details on the number of boxes to expect. The missing items may still be in transit with another driver and will typically arrive within 24 hours.
If you haven't received your full order within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number, and we'll assist you further.

My tracking details haven’t updated.

Occasionally, the courier's tracking information may not update in real time. If you’ve received a dispatch email but your tracking details are not showing progress, it could be because the parcels are being handled by different drivers. In this case, the rest of your order is likely to be delivered within 24 hours.
If you have any other concerns regarding your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team via our online form, and we will assist you in locating your order.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries. You’ll be asked to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

For UK Standard Delivery, orders under £75 incur a delivery charge of £3.50, while orders over £75 qualify for free delivery. UK Next Working Day Delivery is available for £6.99, provided your order is placed by 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday. International shipping to Europe, the USA, and Australia is also available, with delivery costs starting from £12.99.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

At checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery timeframe, which will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email. For UK Standard Delivery, parcels typically arrive within 3–5 working days. If you’ve selected UK Next Working Day Delivery, your order will arrive the next business day if placed before 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.

For international deliveries:

  • Europe: 5–10 days
  • USA: 5–10 days
  • Australia: 10–15 days

Please note that delivery estimates include processing time and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we offer international delivery to Europe, the USA, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary:

  • Europe: £12.99, 5-10 working days
  • USA: £14.99, 5-10 working days
  • Australia: £18.99, 10-15 working days

All international orders are fully trackable, and additional customs duties may apply.

Can I upgrade to faster delivery?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to alter the delivery speed. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we can advise you on the best options.

Can I collect my order from a G Decor location?

At the moment, we do not offer Click & Collect. However, we are exploring ways to enhance our delivery services and hope to introduce more options in the future.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return it, simply visit our returns page on the website. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Can I return an item purchased from a G Decor partner or store?

If you purchased an item from one of our stockists or physical locations, please contact them directly for return instructions. We can only process returns for items purchased directly from G Decor online.

Payments & Finance

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer financing through trusted providers for UK customers who are over 18 and meet the required credit criteria. Check out at checkout and choose Klarna for financing options.

How does Klarna work?

With Klarna, you can either pay for your items in 30 days or in 4 equal instalments. Select the option during checkout to find out more.

Can I use a gift card with Klarna?

Yes! You can use both a gift card and Klarna during checkout. Simply enter the gift card code first, and then select your preferred payment plan for the remaining balance.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can simply click the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of any of our emails.

Where do I enter my discount code?

You can enter your discount code in the 'discount code' box at checkout. Your order total will automatically update with the discount applied.

Can I use two promotional codes on one order?

Unfortunately, we can only accept one promotional code per order, and they cannot be combined with other offers.
