What does a Warehouse Operative do:
– Picking & packing goods ready for delivery, picking and packing
– Loading & unloading goods
– Putting goods away
– Manual handling
– General warehouse duties
– General up-keep of workspace, keeping it to the highest hygiene standard
– General warehousing duties including sweeping & tidying work areas
– Adhere to all site Health and Safety policies and procedures

Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
– To be the first point of contact for all customer-related issues over the phone or email
– Offer excellent customer care to resolve queries and issues whilst maintaining excellent feedback.
– Process customer refunds, returns, and replacements for missing or damaged items with assessing the content of a query and respond with great efficacy
– Be an effective communicator and ensure all calls are acknowledged in a timely manner and calls forwarded to relevant persons.
– To manage the resolution of customer complaints over the phone or email, within agreed SLA's
– Purchase Ledger – from buying stock, allocating deliveries/stock control to inputting purchase invoices in Sales Ledger
– Creating works orders, sales orders, and delivery notes
– Maintaining a database of jobs completed
– General administrative tasks as required
Your Skills and Experiences:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Excellent communication skills – Verbal, Written and Telephone Skills
– The candidate must have high IT literacy
– Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Previous experience in a customer service
– eCommerce background
