Coloured Ceramic Mortice Door Knobs with Polished Brass Roses

Choose your colour: a pair of ceramic mortice door knobs in navy blue, charcoal, cream, sage green or yellow, each on a polished brass rose. The wide, flat face is easy to grip and turn, and the glossy glaze looks smart on white, grey or painted doors and against natural wood. Use one colour throughout the house, or a different colour for each room.

Door latch

These knobs turn a tubular mortice latch fitted inside the door. If your door does not have one, or you are swapping lever handles for knobs, choose “Yes, add a latch” under Door latch: our 60/70 mm adjustable tubular mortice latch, supplied with spindle and strike plate. One latch per door. Knobs need a longer latch than lever handles, so your knuckles clear the door frame.

Fitting

These are working turning knobs, not dummy knobs. They fit internal doors 35 mm to 45 mm thick that have a tubular mortice latch and the UK-standard 8 mm spindle: bedroom, living room and kitchen doors, or a bathroom door with a separate lock. European buyers: please check your spindle size and door thickness before ordering. US buyers can fit them with minor adjustments; a confident DIYer or a carpenter will find it straightforward.
