Taru means tree in Sanskrit (India)—a name chosen with purpose, honouring the full journey of each mango tree. For many years, these trees have borne fruit and supported local farming communities. When their productive life ends, the wood is carefully repurposed—never wasted—giving farmers a second source of income and allowing space for planting new trees. This respectful cycle helps protect nature, supports people, and celebrates sustainability through design. Made from natural mango wood and fitted with two glass panels, the Taru Hanging Frame is a beautiful floating display for the most treasured pieces. Whether showcasing pressed flowers, handmade paper, or photography, this frame keeps content centre stage with a clean, modern look. It includes built-in hanging hooks on the back for both vertical and horizontal display. The glass panels slide in and out securely using a wooden bar on the side—a beautifully simple and functional detail that makes changing artwork easy while maintaining the handmade design.
